Malaga, Spain May 12th

Thursday, May 12th – Malaga
We are off the ship for the day in Malaga, Spain.  It is a beautiful day, warm and sunny.  We are sitting in a little café where there is free WIFI so we are finally able to download some text and pictures to our blog.  We have been in Malaga before and since Lenny is a little under the weather with the same cough he had several weeks ago, we are just taking it easy.  Had a café con leche and then  shared a beer and a crab tapas so we can not feel guilty about sitting for a little while using their WIFI.  Yesterday, we were in Cadiz which is a lovely little town at the entrance to Spain, right on the Atlantic.  It is a very quaint town with lots of gorgeous parks along the water, cute little shops, narrow streets with shops, etc.  Two days before we were in the Azores which didn’t have much to offer.  My little bit of Spanish has helped us today to find the WiFi and to purchase some much needed meds for Lenny.
Our days at Sea have zoomed by.  Our routine has been breakfast, then a good walk on the deck and  then a workout with the machines and weights;  a lecture, some bridge, some reading, lunch, bridge, snacks, show, dinner, casino, bed.
Tomorrow we will have our last day at Sea and then we will arrive in Barcelona; the start of our land adventure.  We are looking forward to it.
Our friend, Ruth Siegel is really struggling with her health now and we know that it is so important to make the most of each day.
